Customer Support Representative

About the role

Founderfactory is seeking a full‑time remote Customer Support Representative to join its growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them resolve inquiries and technical issues while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to products and services.
• Provide accurate information about offerings and guide customers through processes.
• Document interactions and solutions in the company’s support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer support, service, and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experience in the accounting or business services sector is a plus.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
