About the role

Be More Remote is looking for a full‑time Customer Support Representative to join its Lahore office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to exceptional service.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
