Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Lahore office and provide professional assistance to UAE‑based clients. The role focuses on delivering timely, courteous communication across multiple channels while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with professionalism.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide accurate information on services, documentation, and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and follow‑ups with relevant departments.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the service process.
• Build strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
• Update and maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, call centre, sales or client‑handling roles; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Confident speaking with clients over phone and online platforms.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
