Customer Support Representative – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing engineering services firm in Chaklala, Rawalpindi. The role operates on the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) and involves assisting international clients from the USA and Canada with our construction estimation, BIM modeling, scheduling, and engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Log all interactions accurately in our ticketing/CRM system.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to track issue resolution and provide status updates.
• Prepare basic support documentation and guide customers through standard processes.
• Escalate complex technical or service issues according to defined procedures.
• Collect and relay client feedback to improve service workflows.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Chaklala and maintain an inclusive approach.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with computer systems.
• Experience using ticketing or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
