About the role
We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lahore. The role involves handling client communications via calls, chat and email, ensuring timely and professional responses. The position works on a night or afternoon shift, six days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support and maintain positive client interactions.
- Handle communication through calls, chats, or emails.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer support or virtual assistance is preferred.
