Customer Support Representative – Short-Term Rental Management

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to guests staying at short-term rental properties across the United States. Based in Lahore, you will handle guest inquiries before, during and after their stays, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest communications via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Assist guests throughout the reservation lifecycle, from pre-arrival to post-checkout.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping requests with operations teams.
• Monitor reservation updates on OTA (online travel agency) platforms.
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service orientation.
• Prior experience in customer support, hospitality or call-center environments preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, quick learner and willingness to work U.S. night-shift hours from Lahore.
