About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team serving a US‑based healthcare client. The position operates as a front‑desk officer, handling patient inquiries and appointment scheduling during night hours.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and resolve patient calls related to appointments, inquiries, and support services.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments with doctors and clinics.
- Serve as the communication bridge between patients and healthcare providers.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with O‑Levels, Intermediate or a university degree.
- Resident of Gulistan‑e‑Johar, Mosamyat, Safoora, North Karachi or Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal.
- Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Willingness to work the night shift (8 pm – 5 am) on‑site.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary: PKR 55,000 – 65,000 per month.
- Attendance allowance of PKR 5,000.
