About the role
We are seeking a confident, customer‑focused representative to handle US‑based limousine service inquiries. The position works evening and night shifts on‑site in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and emails professionally.
- Assist with inquiries, bookings, and service‑related concerns.
- Communicate clearly with US customers and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
- Strong active listening and customer‑handling abilities.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts.
- Previous call‑center or customer‑service experience preferred; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
