About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage communication with its US‑based client base. The role requires experienced professionals who can handle live phone interactions with US customers in a structured, long‑term environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage follow‑up communication with existing US clients, handling post‑sale queries.
Assist with onboarding questions, complete service documentation, and maintain accurate interaction records.

Required profile

Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre, BPO, or international customer service environment.
Fluent spoken and written English; high school diploma sufficient (university students welcome).

What we offer

Competitive base salary paid on a fixed date each month.
Attendance allowance of PKR 3,000 per month and monthly performance incentive.
Provident Fund contributions and 15 days fully paid annual leave.
Permanent, full‑time employment with a fixed 6 PM – 2 AM shift (no rotation) on‑site at Gulistan‑e‑Johar Block 14, Karachi.
