About the role

Grey Solutions operates dispatch and customer support for limousine, black‑car and chauffeur services across the United States. The role is based in Lahore and involves handling bookings, driver coordination and client communication for premium rides.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor booking platforms and accept rides in real time.
• Create and manage reservations using professional dispatch software.
• Plan and assign rides to chauffeurs, building efficient schedules and routes.
• Track drivers, flights and pickups live, resolving issues before clients notice.
• Communicate with customers via phone, text and email for quotes, bookings, changes and support.
• Provide clear shift handovers to keep the team updated.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Calm, confident and able to handle pressure and multitask.
• Reliable and punctual, available for rotating shifts including nights.
• Detail‑oriented, as dispatch errors impact service quality.

Required skills

• Comfortable using computers and quick to learn new software.
