Customer Support Specialist – US Logistics (On‑site, Karachi)

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to handle US logistical operations from our Karachi office. This is a non‑scripted, high‑IQ role focused on professional support, without sales pressure or cold calls.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between US customers, truck drivers, and our logistics platform.
• Resolve real‑time logistical queries and problems using premium US CRM and tracking software.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure punctuality in all communications.
• Work the permanent evening shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday‑Saturday) on‑site.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written English to coordinate with US‑based stakeholders.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in international support, or freshers with strong logical thinking.
• Ability to handle complex queries without relying on scripts.
• Availability for the specified evening shift and on‑site work in Gulistan‑E‑Jouhar, Block 14.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using logistics tracking software.
