Cyber Security Manager

About the role

LMKR is undergoing a major technological evolution and seeks a visionary Cyber Security Manager to lead a sweeping security transformation program. You will secure the transition of existing IT infrastructure to a highly secure, SaaS‑driven environment and oversee global internal security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support migration of legacy on‑premises security controls to a cloud‑native SaaS architecture and implement a Zero‑Trust Architecture for a mobile, globally distributed workforce.
• Enforce security guardrails for hybrid‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, on‑prem edge) and operational controls for frontier agentic AI systems.
• Oversee global SecOps, threat hunting, incident response, and manage modern XDR and SIEM/SOAR toolsets.
• Drive ISO 27001 readiness, conduct risk assessments, vendor security evaluations, and maintain continuous compliance.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with 3+ years in a managerial or architectural role in a large enterprise.
• Proven track record of leading legacy‑to‑cloud security transformations and implementing Zero‑Trust frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification; familiarity with NIST CSF, CMMC or DORA is a plus.
