Cyber Security Risk Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Risk Consultant to work remotely on a part‑time contract basis. You will help protect high‑performance AI systems and critical infrastructure by monitoring events, analyzing threats, and implementing security controls.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security events across systems and networks to detect anomalies.
• Analyze threats and vulnerabilities, assess risk, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Implement and maintain security measures, protocols, and access controls.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Develop and communicate security policies and procedures to stakeholders.
• Provide timely incident response and coordinate with IT teams.
• Support continuous improvement of security frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in threat detection, network security, or penetration testing.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.
• Familiarity with risk assessments and security controls in enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze security logs and interpret threat intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
