Cybersecurity Account Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a Cybersecurity Account Specialist to protect sensitive data and support its global remote workforce. You will maintain and improve security systems, provision secure user access, and help design customized cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage user accounts with secure access configurations.
• Implement and maintain Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across platforms.
• Safeguard company and client data, ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to design tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of security processes, updates, and incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience in cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a remote, global environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
