Data Entry / Quality Control Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry / Quality Control Executive to ensure the accuracy and integrity of property listings and agent information on our platform. You will work closely with the content team to verify data, approve or reject listings, and maintain high quality standards across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify property listings for correct price, location, type, and purpose.
• Approve or reject listings according to internal quality guidelines.
• Conduct image quality checks to ensure they meet platform standards.
• Identify and remove spam or duplicate content.
• Update property locations and correct data inaccuracies.
• Validate newly registered agents' documentation and contact details.
• Perform daily audits of the website to monitor data quality and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for content corrections and maintain records of approvals and rejections.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in data entry or data quality control.
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (graduates preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
