Data Scientist – Python (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Data Scientist with strong Python expertise to join a global technology leader. The position is fully remote and focuses on building, training, and optimizing AI models while evaluating their performance against real‑world benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Python code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct systematic evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce clear explanations and rationales for evaluation outcomes.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science and machine learning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from public data sources.
• Excellent written communication, especially in Jupyter notebooks or similar formats.
• Attention to detail in bug fixing and technical documentation.
