DDV Manager – Data & Dialer Operations (Final Expense Insurance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DDV (Data & Dialer VoIP) Manager to lead our U.S. Final Expense Insurance BPO operations from our Rawalpindi office. You will be responsible for overseeing data vendor relationships, managing dialer workflows, and ensuring high‑performing outbound calling campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with final expense data vendors, source and purchase high‑quality lead data.
• Monitor data quality, contact rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Oversee dialer uploads, suppression lists, and lead distribution to maintain uninterrupted calling.
• Coordinate with operations teams to align campaign schedules and resolve issues.
• Track key performance indicators such as contact rate, conversion rate, and cost per sale.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with data vendors while ensuring compliance with DNC, TCPA, and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the U.S. Final Expense insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of DDV operations, data management, and predictive dialer workflows.
• Analytical mindset with excellent Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve operational challenges.
