Decibel Payroll Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the Decibel Payroll solution. You will coordinate business and technical teams, manage integrations, testing, compliance and go‑live activities across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project plan, milestones, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate payroll process design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations with HRIS, finance, time‑and‑attendance and banking systems.
• Lead SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, validation and production readiness activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, providing regular status updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, payroll transformation or payroll implementation projects.
• Proven experience managing payroll projects across multiple countries or legal entities.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end payroll processes and payroll calculations.
• Hands‑on experience with Decibel Payroll or similar payroll platforms.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll integrations (Finance/ERP, Time Management, Benefits, Banking, third‑party systems).
