About the role
Grand Nexus is looking for a creative, articulate Decor & Design Consultant to join its team in Lahore. You will work closely with high-profile clients to turn their vision into custom event and wedding decor concepts. The position is full-time and on-site.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initial client consultations, assess client needs and manage decor bookings
- Present bespoke event themes, colour palettes and overall aesthetic direction
- Advise clients on floral arrangements, lighting designs, material textures, spatial layouts and colour harmony
- Oversee event setups so the final result matches the approved design plans
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Fine Arts or a related field
- Keen eye for visual balance, luxury textures, spatial layout and colour combinations
- Highly articulate, confident and persuasive in client consultations and presentations
- Proven ability to turn client preferences into refined, tailored design solutions
