Deputy Head of Amazon Marketplaces

About the role

Nishat Chunian Limited, a vertically integrated, PSX-listed textile group that designs, manufactures and sells its own consumer brands (The Linen Company, Sweave and loomé) on Amazon in the US, UK, Canada and UAE, is hiring a Deputy Head of Amazon Marketplaces in Lahore. The role reports to the CEO and is responsible for growing the Amazon business worldwide through new marketplaces, faster growth and better margins. It is not a PPC or account-manager job: you own results end to end, from revenue and ad spend to inventory and profit.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue and contribution margin across all Amazon marketplaces
• Launch and scale new marketplaces, including VAT, compliance, listings and logistics
• Plan inventory: FBA and AWD replenishment, capacity limits, aged-stock control and sell-through
• Run PPC strategy based on total ad spend as a share of sales (TACoS) and profit, not ACoS alone
• Improve catalogue quality: listings, variations, A+ content, Brand Registry and account health
• Build and lead the team as the business grows

Required profile

• Has owned the full Amazon P&L for a brand-owner (not an agency) selling in the US and at least one other marketplace
• Has launched at least one new marketplace from scratch
• Has managed inventory as a cash decision, not just a stock count
• Pulls and analyses Amazon reports such as Business Reports, Search Terms, inventory and fees
• Home textiles or another category with many size and colour variations is a strong plus

Candidates shortlisted for the role complete a 72-hour data exercise on real marketplace data before interviewing with the CEO; hiring is based on results, not CVs.
