Deputy Manager ERP (Oracle Functional)

About the role

The organization is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead functional activities within its Oracle ERP environment. The role bridges business accounting needs with technical implementation, ensuring smooth operation of finance‑related modules and supporting end‑users on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical consultants to capture and translate user accounting requirements into customized Oracle functions and reports.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of Oracle reports.
• Provide training, production support, and issue resolution for end‑users.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and assess high‑level system impacts.
• Manage period‑closing activities and ensure accurate financial data.
• Utilise knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Inventory, General Ledger and ODM modules where applicable.

Required profile

• ACCA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
• 3–5 years of experience in an Oracle functional role.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of business analysis, accounting procedures and finance management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP functional expertise.
• Oracle Reports development.
• Experience with O2C, P2P, Inventory, General Ledger and ODM modules.
• Unit testing and period‑closing processes.
