Deputy Manager – Human Resources

About the role

The company seeks an experienced HR professional to lead the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, drive operational excellence and strengthen employee relations within a fast‑moving FMCG or manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition, agency coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding/off‑boarding processes.
• Verify timely payroll disbursement, incentives, bonuses and final settlements; oversee statutory payments and reconciliations (EOBI, SESSI, health insurance, corporate vendors).
• Formulate and enforce HR policies and SOPs; delegate tasks to meet internal and external audit requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, reward & recognition programs, town halls and cultural initiatives.
• Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, counseling and exit interviews; manage training, development and university linkage programs.

Required profile

• MBA/MPA in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 6‑8 years progressive HR Generalist/Operations experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws, vendor negotiation and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Manatal).
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
