Deputy Manager, OPD Operations – Nazimabad Healthcare

About the role

Nazimabad HealthCare is looking for a Deputy Manager to provide strategic oversight and leadership for daily OPD operations. The role supports the medical teams, ensures smooth patient flow and upholds regulatory, budgetary and organizational standards so that healthcare services remain high quality, safe and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations so OPD service remains uninterrupted, and drive continuous improvement in patient satisfaction through active feedback mechanisms.
• Organize and run monthly awareness sessions and D-Level safety meetings.
• Establish and oversee the Wellbeing Clinic for non-compliant patients, and guide duty doctors on cost-effective, clinically appropriate referrals.
• Monitor and review clinical data for accuracy and quality, and ensure all investigations are recorded in patient records in a timely way.
• Track and maintain chronic disease registration data to improve continuity of care.
• Ensure customer-centred health and wellbeing services by monitoring formulary adherence, keeping operational records and clinic ambiance, and taking part in clinical, quality and coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Mandatory MBBS degree.
• 5 to 7 years of combined clinical and administrative experience.
