Deputy Regional Project Manager

About the role

The Deputy Regional Project Manager (DRPM) will support the execution of Huawei telecom projects across the assigned region in Karachi. The role demands hands‑on experience with Huawei rollout, quality control, and the Huawei ISDP system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all project activities, including site deployment, installation, integration, acceptance, and closure.
• Lead field teams, engineers, subcontractors and ensure project timelines, KPIs, quality standards and customer requirements are met.
• Perform QC inspections, punch‑point closure, documentation compliance and prepare rollout, QC and management reports.
• Coordinate daily progress with Huawei and customer teams, identify risks and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience on Huawei projects and hands‑on use of Huawei ISDP.
• Proven telecom quality‑control background with experience in site documentation, QC checklists, punch points, ATP/PAT and acceptance processes.
• Strong understanding of telecom site installation, power, transmission, civil works and related quality requirements.
