About the role
The Deputy Test Centre Administrator supports the IELTS Manager in delivering secure, high‑quality test services across Pakistan. This role ensures compliance with IELTS regulations, IDP policies, and test‑day operations while providing excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the IELTS Manager with budget management, financial reporting, and business planning.
- Supervise test‑day activities, including venue preparation, invigilator coordination, material handling, and candidate flow.
- Conduct audits, monitor contracts, and ensure adherence to security and quality standards.
- Process invoices, manage clerical marker programs, and generate operational reports.
- Support stakeholder management and contribute to project delivery and service enhancement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Relevant administration or business support experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong customer‑focus and problem‑solving ability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using CRM systems.
