Design Architect – Residential & Outdoor Living

About the role
We are seeking a Design Architect to lead residential and outdoor living projects, creating premium homes, villas, resorts and bespoke developments that blend architecture, landscape and human experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop concept designs and detailed working drawings for luxury residential and hospitality projects.
- Produce construction details and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is realized.
- Visualize proposals using 3D rendering and walkthrough tools.
- Manage project documentation and support construction administration.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise and thoughtful design.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Advanced skills in SketchUp.
- Experience with Lumion or Enscape for rendering.
- Competence in Photoshop for presentation graphics.
