Design Specialist

About the role

Scalemill is looking for a Design Specialist to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce high‑quality designs that reinforce the brand and support business growth for B2B SaaS clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, banners, case studies, newsletters, and job ads.
• Produce graphics, illustrations, infographics, and branded content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools.
• Ensure all work follows Scalemill’s brand guidelines and is optimized for both digital and print.
• Create engaging visuals for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, reels, stories, advertisements and promotional activities.
• Develop branding materials such as logos, sales collateral, company profiles and newsletters.
• Design website, landing page, blog and email marketing visuals.
• Capture, edit and enhance photos and videos for events and marketing initiatives, including short‑form videos and reels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR and other departments, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, AI tools and digital marketing best practices.

Required profile

• Strong visual communication skills with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital and print media.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
