Design Team Lead

About the role

Xorora is a creative and technology agency serving international e‑commerce, branding and digital‑marketing clients. We are looking for a hands‑on Design Team Lead who can set the visual direction, drive high‑volume production and integrate AI tools into the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Define and protect art direction across client and internal projects, from concept to final delivery.
• Lead, mentor and quality‑check a team of graphic designers and motion creators, ensuring consistent standards.
• Build and refine AI‑first production pipelines using tools such as Google Nano Banana Pro for image generation and Kling AI for video, combined with Adobe Suite for refinement.
• Translate client briefs into clear creative direction, break work down and assign tasks.
• Review work with a critical eye, provide sharp feedback on composition, typography, colour and storytelling.
• Manage timelines, workloads and priorities to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and incorporate the most effective ones into the team’s process.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring a team, preferably in an agency or studio.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real art direction, not just execution.
• Hands‑on proficiency with AI image and video generation tools, backed by demonstrable samples.
• Excellent eye for brand consistency and premium visual quality.
• Fluent English communication for work with international clients.
