DevOps Engineer (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Contract DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for a global IT services leader. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, ensuring reliable deployments, and supporting both production and staging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production and staging issues, and implement logging solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application deployment and integration.
• Enforce security best practices throughout infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on automation of cloud infrastructure and configuration management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract‑based setting.
