Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and results‑driven Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to accelerate customer acquisition, website growth, and lead generation across our portfolio of consumer brands. The role combines deep performance‑marketing expertise with a strong understanding of e‑commerce, data analysis, and consumer behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Develop audience strategies, retargeting funnels and continuously improve ROAS, CAC and CPA.
• Oversee Shopify and website performance, conduct landing‑page optimisation, A/B testing and improve conversion rates.
• Manage analytics stack (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API) and create performance dashboards.
• Run email marketing automation, develop retention and loyalty programmes to boost customer lifetime value.
• Design and execute SEO strategies, monitor keyword rankings and support content initiatives.
• Identify new acquisition channels, research competitors, run growth experiments and present recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience.
• Proven success managing Meta and Google Ads budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and e‑commerce marketing.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversion APIs.
• Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with email‑marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Understanding of landing‑page optimisation, CRO and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Preferred experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion or luxury consumer brands and familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimisation.
