Digital Marketing and Shopify Specialist

About the role

Career Institute is seeking a Digital Marketing and Shopify Specialist to join its on‑site team in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and enhancing the overall performance of the institute’s Shopify stores through integrated marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Shopify stores, including product listings, collections, and basic theme customization.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Maintain and grow social media presence by creating content calendars and engaging audiences.
• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance, analyze data, and refine strategies.
• Create and optimize landing pages, improve SEO, and boost store visibility.
• Monitor sales funnels, report key performance indicators, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and academic teams.

Required profile

• Strong digital marketing background with experience running multi‑channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and ability to grow engaged audiences.
• Hands‑on experience managing Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization for e‑commerce and education services.
• Effective communicator able to present data‑driven insights.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Faisalabad and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field; certifications are a plus.
