About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on boosting online visibility, crafting engaging content, and assisting key marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO efforts, including keyword research and performance tracking.
• Collect, analyze, and report campaign data such as open rates, website traffic, and conversions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify emerging marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
