Digital Marketing Executive (Assistant Manager) – Female

About the role

Elmore Beauty is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive who will also act as an Assistant Manager. The role combines performance‑driven paid media management with PR, influencer collaborations and brand partnership initiatives to boost online sales and brand visibility in the beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms, managing budgets, audience targeting, A/B testing and reporting.
• Develop and execute PR strategies, building relationships with journalists, bloggers, editors and influencers to enhance brand presence across digital, print and broadcast media.
• Identify, negotiate and manage co‑branding collaborations, sponsorships and events such as product launches, press conferences and consumer activations.
• Collaborate with the creative team on campaign ideation, content creation and basic videography for social media.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion and ROI, maintaining a database of media contacts and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, PR, influencer campaigns or brand partnerships, preferably within beauty, fashion or FMCG.
• Certified in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google Ads.
• Strong media and influencer contacts, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
