Digital Marketing Intern – Community & Social Media Growth

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, creative Digital Marketing Intern to support multiple upcoming projects, building strong social media presence and online communities. You will work independently under mentor guidance, turning clear instructions into impactful actions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture online communities across projects, engaging with comments, DMs, and conversations in a human, on‑brand manner.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media interactions and convert followers into active community members.
• Brainstorm and execute strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Generate fresh content ideas, campaigns, and experiments to help each project stand out.
• Track performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements for reach, engagement, and brand voice.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, handling content calendars, trend monitoring, community initiatives, and growth experiments.
• Take initiative by identifying opportunities and proposing better ways to achieve goals.
