Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

Integriti Group Inc. seeks a hands‑on Digital Marketing Lead to own all digital channels, set strategy, and drive measurable brand growth and conversion. You will lead the full funnel from first impression to repeat customer while guiding a team and agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end digital strategy across website, social, search, paid media, email, marketplaces and emerging channels; set quarterly growth goals and budgets.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms; drive organic growth via SEO, content and community.
• Lead conversion rate optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, and build lifecycle journeys through email, SMS, WhatsApp and push.
• Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints; manage content calendar and brief creative assets.
• Set up analytics, tracking and attribution (GA4, tag management, server‑side tracking); build dashboards showing reach, traffic, leads, CAC, ROAS and LTV.
• Hire, coach and lead the digital team, freelancers and agencies; collaborate with sales, product, design and leadership.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years leading channels, budgets or a team.
• Proven record of growing revenue, leads or conversions through paid media, SEO and CRO.
• Hands‑on expertise in paid media, SEO, content marketing, email automation and analytics.
• Experience with privacy, consent and cookieless measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

• CRM & automation: HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce.
• CRO & testing: VWO, Optimizely.
• Website/CMS: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix.
• Creative tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut.
• AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and AI image/video generators.
