About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth initiatives in Karachi. The role involves shaping strategy, optimizing campaigns, and guiding a junior team to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead SEO strategy, covering on‑page, off‑page, and technical aspects to boost organic rankings and traffic.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Oversee content marketing, ensuring high‑quality, engaging content across channels.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools.
• Drive lead generation and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
• Manage social media strategy and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 + years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• SEO (technical, content, backlink management).
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• SEMrush, Ahrefs.
