Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Protaxhelp Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to enhance its online presence, engage target audiences, and generate quality leads. The role involves end‑to‑end management of digital campaigns without direct team supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow presence on key social media platforms to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other channels.
• Conduct market, competitor, audience and keyword research to inform initiatives.
• Implement SEO and SEM tactics to increase organic traffic and visibility.
• Coordinate digital content creation, promotional campaigns and lead‑generation activities.
• Run email marketing programmes and nurture leads through digital communication platforms.
• Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other tools.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, CTR, conversion rates, cost metrics and ROI.
• Perform A/B testing, optimise campaigns and manage marketing budgets responsibly.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience across multiple digital marketing areas including social media, SEO, SEM, paid ads and email marketing.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with design, content, sales and business development teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data‑driven decision making.
