Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

DBS Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function, drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. The role involves planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels while managing the marketing team and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content, events and offline channels.
• Manage brand identity, tone of voice and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
• Oversee performance marketing (Google, Meta, etc.), SEO and content marketing to generate quality leads.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, track spend against results and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design and Customer Success on lead quality, conversions and launches.
• Lead, mentor and set goals for the marketing team, including designers, content writers and executives.
• Manage agencies, freelancers and vendors, ensuring briefs, timelines and quality control.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a management or team‑lead role.
• Proven record of planning and delivering campaigns that produced measurable results.
• Strong project and budget management skills.
