Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Cynosure Designs seeks an experienced, results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and own digital strategy across a diverse client portfolio. You will combine hands‑on expertise in paid media, SEO, social and content with strong people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage digital marketers, content creators and social media specialists, setting goals, assigning tasks and tracking performance.
• Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads, applying formats like Performance Max and smart bidding.
• Lead on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO, including local SEO and Google Business Profile, and conduct regular audits.
• Develop platform‑specific social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X, driving engagement and follower growth.
• Own content strategy across blogs, video, infographics and social, ensuring consistent messaging and quality.
• Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz, preparing client reports and presenting insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years leading a team (agency experience preferred).
• Proven record in Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads, strong knowledge of SEO, SMM and content strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client‑handling skills.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics and SEO tools, strong project management and multi‑client organisation.
