Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives. You will shape comprehensive strategies, oversee a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate across functions to boost brand awareness, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
• Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
• Oversee email marketing and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.
• Plan and coordinate content marketing efforts with creators and designers.
• Analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, providing actionable insights.
• Control digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
• Mentor and support the digital marketing team to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, campaigns and teams effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication and project‑management skills.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS or service‑based industries is a plus.
