Digital Marketing Manager (Karachi)

About the role

BlinkSwag is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive its online growth, strengthen brand visibility and generate high‑quality leads across global markets. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of performance marketing, SEO, content and analytics initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Lead SEO initiatives to boost organic visibility and website traffic.
• Oversee website content, blogs, case studies and marketing collateral.
• Manage social media presence and engagement across relevant channels.
• Optimise conversion funnels, landing pages and email marketing automation.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce actionable insights and report results.
• Collaborate with sales, product and design teams to support growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging digital opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, tech or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management.
• Experience targeting international markets is a plus.

Required skills

• Performance marketing (PPC, paid social) expertise.
• SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Google Analytics for data‑driven decision making.
• Marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot).
• Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads platform knowledge.
