Digital Marketing & SEO Trainer

About the role

This project‑based, residential program combines industry practice, teaching and mentoring. The trainer will help students develop practical digital marketing skills and the confidence to apply them through freelancing, employment or entrepreneurship.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical training in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, Content Marketing, E‑commerce and AI‑enabled marketing.
• Design assignments, business cases, real‑world client scenarios and an integrated final project.
• Mentor students in niche selection, client acquisition, proposal writing, sales, communication and closing.
• Support students in building portfolios, professional profiles and service offerings for the digital marketplace.
• Monitor progress, identify learning gaps and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain up‑to‑date learning content reflecting changing industry practices and technologies.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands‑on professional experience in Digital Marketing and SEO.
• Strong practical experience with SEO, social media, paid advertising and digital strategy.
• Experience working with clients, agencies or freelance projects; preferably 2+ years of freelancing or consulting.
• Previous training, teaching, coaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
