Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise high‑performance campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate blends creativity with data‑driven analysis to turn insights into measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Manage and optimise paid media (PPC) campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO tactics to boost organic visibility.
• Create, manage and optimise social media marketing (SMM) initiatives to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Design content marketing plans aligned with brand goals.
• Build conversion‑focused landing pages and sales funnels.
• Plan and run segmented email marketing automation and lead‑nurturing workflows.
• Implement marketing automation tools and AI‑driven solutions to streamline the customer journey.
• Monitor, analyse and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
• Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences and campaign structures to improve results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and presentation of insights.
