Digital Marketing Specialist (On-site, Bahawalpur)

About the role

Novelytix is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Bahawalpur office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on planning, executing and optimizing campaigns that boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms.
• Plan, execute and refine SEO initiatives (on‑page, off‑page and technical).
• Create compelling blog posts, website copy and social content.
• Run and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Design and launch email marketing and lead‑nurturing workflows.
• Monitor website performance using GA4 and Search Console, reporting insights monthly.
• Continuously track campaign metrics and adjust tactics to improve ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
