Digital Marketing Strategist (B2B)

About the role

A strategic, research-driven Digital Marketing Strategist is sought to build clear, data-backed marketing strategies for B2B products and services. The role goes beyond managing social media or running individual campaigns: it covers understanding the market, customers, competitors and business objectives, and turning those insights into digital marketing, demand generation, content and growth strategies. It is a full-time, on-site position based in High Q Tower, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Market and audience strategy: research target markets, industries, competitors and customer behaviour; define Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas; analyse competitors' positioning, messaging and content
• Digital and growth strategy: build customer journeys and marketing funnels, and strategies for brand awareness, demand generation, lead generation and customer acquisition
• Positioning and messaging: develop value propositions and messaging frameworks, work with content and creative teams, and ensure consistent messaging across channels
• Cross-functional strategy: work with Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, SEO, CRM and Sales teams, and give strategic direction to campaigns, content calendars and paid media
• Performance and optimization: set KPIs, analyse campaign performance and funnel conversion, and turn data into actionable recommendations

Required profile

• 4-6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Marketing Strategy
• Strong B2B marketing experience, preferably targeting international markets
• Proven market research, competitor analysis and audience research
• Experience with content, paid media, SEO, email marketing, social media and CRM
• Excellent communication, presentation, research and strategic thinking skills
