Digital Marketing Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences on digital marketing strategies and tools. The role involves guiding learners from foundational concepts to advanced campaign execution, ensuring they can apply knowledge in real‑world contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update curriculum covering social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, analytics and conversion optimization.
• Deliver instructor‑led sessions, workshops and webinars, adapting content to diverse learner levels.
• Assess learner progress through quizzes, projects and practical assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates and certification requirements, integrating them into training materials.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align training outcomes with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Background in marketing or communications, preferably with a bachelor’s degree; advanced certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a plus.
• Experience designing curricula and facilitating classroom or virtual learning environments.
• Organizational ability and a commitment to inclusive, learner‑centered teaching.
