About the role
Vorson is seeking a Digital Signage Technical Support Engineer to independently manage installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of client signage deployments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead installation and commissioning of SMD/LED walls, kiosks, and interactive displays.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues independently.
- Configure content management systems and remote monitoring tools.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules across client sites.
- Train junior technicians and client‑side staff on basic system use.
- Liaise with clients on technical requirements and site readiness.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in AV/digital signage installation and support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software layers.
- Experience with content management/display software platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple site deployments independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, or related field.
