Direct Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are a growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency seeking a Remote Direct Marketing Coordinator. You will plan, execute, and optimise outbound campaigns that drive measurable leads and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly direct‑response campaigns from concept to launch.
• Manage initiatives across email, direct mail, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other outbound channels.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce high‑converting assets.
• Research competitors, analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Help develop offers, lead magnets, follow‑up sequences and full marketing funnels.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Passion for direct‑response marketing and continuous learning.
• Results‑oriented mindset focused on leads, conversions and ROI.
• Experience with marketing funnels, lead magnets, email sequences and direct‑mail campaigns.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Reliable internet connection, computer and phone.

What we offer

• $1,000 USD/month for the first 60 days.
• $1,100 USD/month after successful completion of the first 60 days.
• $1,200 USD/month after 120 days of proven performance.
• $50 USD bonus for each qualified new client generated.
• $10 USD bonus for each qualified appointment that shows up for sales.
