Direct Sales Executive (B2C)

About the role

StormFiber is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Executive to drive B2C growth in Rawalpindi. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting our fiber‑optic services, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct door‑to‑door sales visits and presentations to showcase StormFiber services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and services to guide customers effectively.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in telecom or FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
