About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to shape and operationalize its evidence‑based learning model. The Director of Academics will drive curriculum, data‑informed instruction, and global advocacy for a two‑hour daily learning system that doubles student velocity.

Key responsibilities

• Design academic frameworks that translate learning‑science principles into curriculum, motivational infrastructure, and application architecture.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and results‑focus across all school sites.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into ecosystem assessments, identifying high‑impact obstacles and recommending targeted solutions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through iterative planning, structured feedback cycles, and milestone governance.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑profile venues, including keynote presentations and consultations with Ministries of Education.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading academic transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Experience directing academic strategy in multi‑site or global education environments.
• Strong public‑speaking and advocacy skills.
